Notice for Alice's Collections US customers:

Dear customers from the USA,

We have resumed shipping to the USA a couple of days ago, as stated earlier we're sending via shipping routes that will occur none tariff (or as little as possible) for our US customers, shipping time could be longer than before due to changes of shipping routes as well as longer customs clearance time.

Dear customers from the USA,

Thank you so much again for your patience and great support.

Good News! USA and China have issued a joint statement yesterday after their talk in Switzerland, USA will lower the tariff on goods from China from 145% to 30% for the following 90 days and they'll start negotiating on economic issues and cooperations during this period.

But there's no mentioning of reinstating "de minimis exemption" for shipments valued under USD800, so we need to check with the shipping companies for their current shipping options and costs after these new tariff changes.

It's great that things are going toward the better direction. In the end, peace and love will always prevail.

Dear customers from the USA,

We're so grateful, that none of you are giving us any pressure during this special time, we've only received support & trust, you guys are truly amazing and loving!

We'll resume sending shipments to the USA soon, during this special period (an actual economic war time) we have to do changes on shipping to adapt, our priority sequence is:
safty > least tariff possible (or none) > cost control > shipping time
We'll always put the safety of your shipments at our top concern, so we'll still choose shipping service from the best shipping companies, and we'll choose shipping options/routes that will cost the least possible tariff (or none) for you, and we have to consider the cost raise for us so that we can continue to serve the US BJD community, shipping time might be a sacrifice but as stated earlier we'll still choose the best shipping companies so that you don't need to worry about the safety of the shipments.

The original shipping options to the USA that we used are either still suspended or require tariff pre-paid. According to the new U.S. tariff policy, tariff rate is 145% or no less than USD100 per shipment, please feel free to contact us if you prefer the original shipping options and would like to pre-pay the tariff.

Dear customers from the USA,

As May 2nd 2025 is looming, the U.S. Customs will revoke the "de minimis exemption" for parcels under USD800 imported from China. China Post informed us that air mail shipping to the USA will be temporarily suspended starting from today and wait for their further notice. Express shipping to the USA will also be temporarily suspended from April 25th due to the uncertainty of how much the US Customs will charge you for the shipments arrive after May 2nd.

Now we have to wait and see what happens after May 2nd and decide how to ship orders to the US after that. We're also working closely with our logistics service providers to seek feasible shipping options at the best interest of our US customers.

We're very sorry for the shipping disruption that the U.S. tariff adjustments is causing, we sincerely hope for your patience and support during this chaotic period, we will keep doing our best to offer the best service possible for you.
